How do I leave a rating?
Open DrugBug, go to Settings, and tap Rate DrugBug in the About section. Ratings help other students find the app.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open DrugBug, go to Settings, then your plan card, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, DrugBug. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I have a school or agency code.
Open the Pro screen in DrugBug and tap 'Have a school or agency code?'. Codes need an internet connection.
I found a wrong dose or fact.
Tap 'Report an error' at the bottom of any drug page or question, or email us. Every report is read, and content is corrected when needed.
Can I use DrugBug for patient care?
No. DrugBug is for education only. Always follow your protocols, medical direction, facility policy and current references.
How do I delete my data?
Settings, Privacy & account, Delete all my data. Or email us and we will delete it.
